Mission Statement:
The University of Central Oklahoma Human Resource Society's mission is to offer a creative and challenging learning environment that encourages students to enter the field of Human Resource Management.  

We provide an excellence in human resource leadership with the support of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Oklahoma City Human Resource Management Society.  

We encourage and promote the involvement of all student members.  We will meet our mission by showing class, having pride and displaying character.

***2011 SHRM Southwest Central Regional Student Conference***

The HR Society would like to congratulate the members who competed in the case study competition at the 2011 SHRM Southwest Central Regional Student Conference. The members include Lauren Blair, Sierra Blankenburg, Drew Miller, Lyndsey Miller, and Heather Pata.  

The team demonstrated exceptional knowledge in human resource practices and displayed pride and professionalism in representing the University of Central Oklahoma.

We also would like to thank our advisor Dr. Renee Warning for coming to the competition and supporting the team.
