
Management by Objectives Statement
The University of Central Oklahoma Human Resource Society’s mission is to offer a creative and challenging learning environment that encourages students to enter the field of human resource management. We will achieve this mission by encouraging participation of all student members and providing leadership with support from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society. In order to accomplish this mission we will realize the organization’s goals.
The 2010-2011 goals of this organization are:
1. To offer an organization at the University of Central Oklahoma that encourages students to learn more about the field of human resource management
2. To enhance the students' effectiveness in their work, particularly if in pursuit of a career focused in human resource management
3. To encourage adherence to the Code of Ethics of the Society for Human Resource Management
There will be no discrimination in individual memberships or chapter affiliations because of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or age.
