ACCT 5013-Accounting and Tax Researchmba-students2
provides a framework for graduate research methods and technical writing in accounting, auditing, and tax research.

 

ACCT 5113-Accounting Theory
provides a frame of reference in financial accounting theory, origin, and development of accounting practices, and a critical study of current accounting theory.

 

ACCT 5213-Current Topics in Accounting
provides the student with knowledge and ethical insight to current problems and/or new areas of concern emerging in the field of accounting.

 

ACCT 5313-Current Issues in Taxation
includes corporate, partnership, estate and trust or other advanced topics as appropriate. Emphasis is on research and planning.

 

ACCT 5423-Current Issues in Auditing
designed to challenge students to consider philosophies and concepts of accounting and auditing; to understand the current developments, threats and ethical attributes of the profession.

 

BADM 5005 - Leading In a Globally-Competitive Environment
will help students develop effective communication and leadership skills and examines diversity and ethics in a variety of cultural contexts.

 

BADM 5115 - Human Capital Management
identifies current issues in human capital management with emphasis on behavioral and legal aspects of the overall organization.

 

BADM 5125 - Interpretation and Integration: Accounting and Communication
introduces students to two key functions that both communication and accounting play in an organization. The emphasis is on how to interpret and communicate various information to management, co-workers, employees, customers, and other interested stakeholders.

 

BADM 5205 - Managing Business Processes with Information Technology
provides a systems view of an organization and enables students to apply appropriate operations models and information technology concepts and applications.

 

BADM 5215 - Financial Modeling
covers applications of management science and statistical techniques in a financial context. Corporate financial theory is covered, including financial statement analysis, capital structure, and cash flow analysis.


BADM 5135 - Prices, Profits, and the Market Economy
examines the market economy from Economics and Marketing points of view. Special emphasis is placed on the economic constraints and opportunities marketing.


BADM 5305 - Strategic Integration
is designed to enhance and assess the students cognitive skills in solving business problems.
